This free support group is held the second Thursday each month for patients with breast cancer, breast cancer survivors and their loved ones.

Both ECCC and SMMC offer grief support groups for those struggling to navigate their emotions throughout this challenging time:
Navigating Grief Support Group
This is a free four-week session for anyone who has experienced a loss. Attendees will learn how to live with grief and meet other people who are experiencing the same emotions. An RSVP is required. Understanding Your Emotions Support Group
This confidential and supportive group will help individuals learn to identify their feelings and explore their emotions, while correcting misperceptions about “bad feelings.” This is a nine-week course, running through March 18. Registration is required. Insurance will be billed for the group fee.
